PTA Fall Fundraiser
Dear Hillside Parents, Students and Families:
Hillside?s PTA is starting the first fundraiser of the 2009-2010 school year.
All items in our holiday fundraiser brochure cost between ONLY $5 and $10. All items are tax free. Please help your child support our School! Our school will receive a whopping 40% of all money raised.
The fundraiser starts today. Orders and money are due to the teacher by the end of the school day on Thursday, November 5th.
All payments must either be in cash or money order only- no personal checks will be accepted. Money must be turned in at the time the order is placed.
Orders are expected to arrive the first week of December, no later than December 4th, just in time for the Holidays!!
Please be sure when preparing your orders to be turned in that you and your child complete the PRIZE section at the bottom. Just 5 orders earns you child a prize! If you need additional space for taking orders, more order forms are available!
